ABSTRACT

The aim of this article is to analyse the political outcomes of the LGBT* movement in Poland, referring to civil unions, marriage equality, adoption, homophobic and transphobic hate crimes and Gender Recognition Act. I argue that the movement has become a recognizable political actor but has not achieved any legislative goal. It is based on an extensive qualitative research project conducted between 2013 and 2016, but includes also the newest information about the context and the movement. Methodologically it is situated in the critical orientation in sociology and theoretically in the field of social movement studies. Respondent’s comments on the conclusions are also presented.

本文旨在分析波兰 LGBT* 运动的政治成果，涉及民事结合、婚姻平等、收养、恐同和恐跨性别仇恨犯罪以及《性别承认法》。我认为该运动已成为公认的政治参与者，但尚未实现任何立法目标。它基于 2013 年至 2016 年间进行的一项广泛的定性研究项目，但也包括有关背景和运动的最新信息。从方法论上讲，它位于社会学的批判方向，从理论上讲，它位于社会运动研究领域。还提供了受访者对结论的评论。
