Abstract
This paper presents a new approach to the development of new-generation model compositions (MCs) based on a comprehensive analysis and study of the physicomechanical characteristics of MCs with a full factorial experiment and study of the rheological behavior of MCs, which is of decisive importance for their operational properties. The proposed and tested methodology for the study of new-generation MCs makes it possible to evaluate and compare individual and combined influence of various factors on the manufacture of casting models for various purposes.
