Under the guidance of a preliminary Live with Love Conceptual Framework, a Caring for Couples Coping with Colorectal Cancer (4Cs: CRC) programme was designed specifically for colorectal cancer couples. The objectives of this study included examining the efficacy of the programme for couples adapting to colorectal cancer and comparing the effects of different intervention delivery modes (online, face-to-face and blended) on couple outcomes.
