Abstract
Using the method of autonomous blocks with Floquet channels (FAB), the boundary value problem of diffraction for metasurfaces made of rectangular graphene nanoribbons is solved. The descriptor (conductivity matrix Y) of the FAB (metasurface unit cell) is determined from the solution of the diffraction problem by the Galerkin projection method. The results of calculating the frequency dependences of transmittance of TEM-wave through metasurfaces with changes in the structure period, chemical potential, orientation angle of the electric field vector of the incident TEM-wave to graphene nanoribbons, as well as polarization characteristics in the THz frequency range were obtained.
