In this paper, the authors establish the stability and the explicit decay estimates of the 2D incompressible magneto-micropolar fluid equations without magnetic diffusion and zero spin viscosity on a flat strip \(\Omega :={\mathbb {T}}\times [0,1]\) under the assumption that Navier type condition being imposed. The results are obtained heavily based on some time-weight energy estimates and a bootstrap argument.
