A malaria transmission model having vector bias and time-dependent delays in environments of almost periodicity is considered. The basic reproduction ratio is presented, and the threshold dynamic is characterized by . By using the theories of skew-product semiflows, chain transitive sets, and subhomogeneous and monotone systems, it is proved that the model has only one positive almost periodic solution with global asymptotic stability provided , and the almost periodic (disease-free) solution has global asymptotic stability provided . In addition, some numerical simulations are given.
