Three-π-component cocrystals, composed of pyridinium or quinolinium cations, p-toluenesulfonate anion acting as a hydrogen-bond acceptor, and mainly dihydroxy phenol derivatives acting as hydrogen-bond donors, were systematically prepared by the solution-growth methods. Among the combination of five ion-pairs and seven hydrogen-bond donors, 23 cocrystals were found at least. By adding tetrathiafulvalene (TTF), four-π-component cocrystals were also obtained.
