Phylogenetic study about Korean Asobara Foerster (Hymenoptera: Braconidae: Alysiinae) species, with description of a new species

A new species in the genus Foester, (Braconidae: Alysiinae), sp. nov., is described and illustrated. In addition, we used the barcode region of mitochondrial (), (), cytochrome (), (), and region of the nuclear gene () to analyze the phylogeny of the available Korean species and identify a new species. These molecular analyses indicated that sp. nov. was recovered independently from the other species. Our results support that occupies the most basal position of this genus and is a sister clade of other species. This also indicated that is a sister clade to the clade. An identification key for the species recorded in Korea is provided.
