The co-doping of P and O in Oct PtCo/C has been found to significantly enhance ORR (oxygen reduction reaction) activity through strain and ligand effects. Simultaneously, the robust interaction between Co and O effectively impedes Co dissolution, thereby markedly improving the stability of the catalyst.
