Abstract In this note we prove: let D be a 2-strong digraph of order \(n\) such that its \(n - 1\) vertices have degrees at least \(n + k\) and the remaining vertex \(z\) has degree at least \(n - k - 4,\) where \(k\) is a nonnegative integer. If \(D\) contains a cycle of length at least \(n - k - 2\) passing through \(z,\) then \(D\) is Hamiltonian. This result is best possible in some sense.

Abstract According to the hypothesis of abiogenesis, the simplest cellular, uncials, originated from chemical compounds that already existed in nature. Unfortunately, in spite of ongoing intensive research efforts, abiogenesis owns more difficulties and hopes than advances. That is why new hypotheses try to exempt its difficulties. Particularly, successful modeling of cognizing lets us assume that

Polynomial Time Turing Mitoticity and Arithmetical Hierarchy Pattern Recognit. Image Anal. Pub Date : 2024-04-10 A. H. Mokatsian
Abstract Let \(\omega \) be the set of all nonnegative integers. Let P be a class of problems recognized by deterministic Turing machines, which run in polynomial time. It is known that effective enumeration of the sets of the class P (namely, \({{P}_{0}},{{P}_{1}}\), …, \({{P}_{i}}\), …) exists and thus \({\mathbf{P}} = \{ {{P}_{i}}\,|\,i \in \omega \} .\) Note that for each \(i\), \({{P}_{i}}\) is

Complete Caps in Affine Geometry AG(n, 3) Pattern Recognit. Image Anal. Pub Date : 2024-04-10 Iskandar Karapetyan, Karen Karapetyan
Abstract A cap in a projective or affine geometry over a finite field is a set of points no three of which are collinear. We give several new constructions for complete caps in affine geometry \(AG\left( {n,3} \right)\) over the field \({{F}_{3}} = \left\{ {0,1,2} \right\}\) implying some well-known results.

A Hierarchy of Determinative Sequent Systems with Different Substitution Rules Pattern Recognit. Image Anal. Pub Date : 2024-04-10 Hakob A. Tamazyan, Anahit A. Chubaryan
Abstract A determinative sequent system DS for the classical propositional calculus is introduced on the base of well-known Tseitin’s transformation. It is proved that the system DS is polynomially equivalent to the propositional resolution system R and propositional cut-free sequent system PK–. Then we define the system SDS (DS with a substitution rule) and the systems SkDS (DS with restricted substitution

It is shown that the covariance operator of \({\mathbf{T}}\)-subgaussian random element is Gaussian and some consequences of
