This study evaluated the safety and efficacy of Percutaneous Balloon Compression (PBC) for managing Trigeminal Neuralgia (TN) during the perioperative period in 400 patients. The results indicated no significant difference in postoperative pain relief between male and female patients, although female patients experienced more complications. PBC demonstrated effectiveness regardless of prior treatment
