ABSTRACT:
For this special issue of Narrative, celebrated artist Ruth Root has contributed work to accompany articles on the many ways that narrative is used and misused in public discourse. Below, The Ohio State University's George Rush offers thoughts on these paintings—his own narrations of these public artifacts.
