The 45th Annual Thompson Award for the best oral presentation by an associate member was awarded to Jeffrey A. Shero from Florida State University, for their presentation “Where You Live Matters: Visualizing Environmental Effects on Reading Attainment”.

The 10th Annual Rowe Award for the best poster presentation by an associate member was awarded to Tina T. Vo from University of California, Riverside for their presentation " Gene-environmental interplay of verbal fluency and episodic memory: evaluating moderation by sleep duration and educational attainment”.

The Inaugural Rising Star awards were awarded to Sarah L. Carroll from Michigan State University, for their oral presentation “Developmental GxE: The Role of Neighborhood Disadvantage as an Etiologic Moderator of Continuity and Change in Antisocial Behavior”, Lianne P. de Vries from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and Amsterdam University Medical Centres, for their oral presentation “Distinguishing Happiness and Meaning in Life from Depressive Symptoms: a GWAS-by-subtraction study in UK Biobank” and Jose J. Morosoli Garcia from QIMR Berghofer Medical Research Institute, for their poster presentation “Pharmacogenomics and ancestry: A study on allele frequencies across populations in commercial pharmacogenomic panels”.

The 22nd Annual Fulker Award for the outstanding paper in Behavior Genetics during the past year was presented to Jared Balbona, Yongkang Kim and Matthew Keller for their work “Estimation of Parental Effects Using Polygenic Scores.”

The 18th Annual Fuller and Scott Award for outstanding early career contributions to the field was presented to Christopher Beam from University of Southern California.

The 44th annual Dobzhansky Award for outstanding lifetime contributions to the field of behavior genetics was presented to Kaare Christensen of the Danish Twin Registry, University of Southern Denmark.
