Since the publication of this article, it has been brought to the attention of the journal that this article contains redundancies when compared with an earlier publication by the author [1]. Whilst the earlier publication is referenced, the article contains substantial portions of the publication that are not sufficiently attributed in the body of the article. Despite numerous attempts, the journal has not received a response from the author to date, and we would welcome receiving their account of events. As a member of COPE this has been investigated in accordance with the COPE guidelines and it was agreed a notice of redundant publication should be applied.
