Contours of the New Information Policy in the Scientific and Industrial Sphere

Abstract

The economic and technological factors that determine the need to change the export and raw material model for the development of the domestic economy are considered. The current tasks of the reindustrialization of the Russian economy are discussed. The main imperative of the new information policy in the scientific and industrial sphere is the achievement of technological and economic sovereignty. Within the framework of this systematic approach, a conceptual system of goal setting for the new information policy has been formulated. New tasks for information support of the domestic scientific and technical complex are shown. The main stages and conditions for the implementation of work and measures for the modernization of the information infrastructure are briefly presented.
