Wendy R. Robrets would like to correct two sentences from "'On the Death of Love Rotch,' a New Poem Attributed to Phillis Wheatley (Peters)"' (vol. 58, no. 1, 2022, pp. 155–84). The print version reads:
The Library Company of Philadelphia manuscript held at the Historical Society of Pennsylvania in the Rush Family Papers attributes the poem to "P. Wheatley at the Age of 14 Years—1767." However, another Library Company of Philadelphia manuscript held at the Historical Society of Pennsylvania in the Hannah Griffitt's manuscripts attributes the poem to "Africania" and adds, "The following Lines are said to be Composed by a Native of Africa, about 15 years of age."

Instead it should say:
The Library Company of Philadelphia manuscript held at the Historical Society of Pennsylvania in the Rush Family Papers attributes the poem to "a Native of Africa, about 15 years of age—of who a few years ago could not speak one word of English—she belong'd to John Wheatley of Boston." Another Library Company of Philadelphia manuscript held at the Historical Society of Pennsylvania in the Hannah Griffitt's manuscripts attributes the poem to "Africania" and adds, "The following Lines are said to be Composed by a Native of Africa, about 15 years of age."
