Abstract

Publisher’s note corrects a typographical error in a figure.

This article [J. Nanophoton. 17(3), 036005 (July, 2023) https://doi.org/10.1117/1.JNP.17.036005] contained a typographical error. Double primes were erroneously published as single primes in Eq. (2). Additionally, an incorrect bracket has been removed from the equation. The original equation is shown below.
