Abstract

The article emphasizes that the RF Government’s national strategy for technologically independent domestic economy sets out the highly-qualified young professional engagement priority for enterprises among the other key actions. Therefore, the challenge for significantly improving efficiency in youth science education and training is particularly urgent. Many research teams, including the academic staff of the VIM Federal Science Agro Engineering Center, are closely involved in developing this problem-solving strategy representing statistical methods and approaches employed to analyze the essential documents, archival materials, demographic factors, and the age structure of staff scientists. The survey results have found the exact probabilities necessary to organize a continuous integral education system in professional and higher education, including young specialist training for scientific institutions, based on continuity in education (masters studies, postgraduate studies, doctoral studies). The most important skills and qualities of modern young scientists and innovators should be professionalism, patriotism, continuity, and high culture. The survey-based outcomes are of practical interest for education and training the advanced personnel in scientific institutions, in particular for developing the research skills of young scientists.
