Video TEXT: After puncturing the pancreatic pseudocyst using a 19-G needle, contrast medium is injected. A 0.025-inch guidewire is then inserted into the cyst. The novel dilator is successfully inserted into the cyst, and double guidewires are deployed after removal of the inner sheath. A 7-Fr plastic stent is deployed followed by an additional 7-Fr plastic stent, which is deployed without additional dilation
