An ERCP catheter was inserted into the biliary tract through the mesh of the EUS-HGS stent, after which endoscopic stent removal was performed. The novel cholangioscope was inserted into the biliary tract. Although the angle between the left intrahepatic bile duct and the confluence of the left lateral posterior segmental bile duct (B2) and the left lateral anterior segmental bile duct (B3) was acute, the cholangioscope was easily inserted. The large working channel of the novel cholangioscope enables sufficient aspiration and injection function, facilitating EHL. After stone fragmentation, the transluminal stone was removed successfully using a basket catheter. Supplementary file1 (MP4 71,276 kb)
