教育经历： 2012.9-2015.12,华中农业大学，农产品加工及贮藏工程，博士 2015.4-2015.10,台湾国立中兴大学，农产品加工及贮藏工程，博士 2009.6-2012.6,河南科技大学，农产品加工及贮藏工程，硕士 2005.9-2009.6，河南科技大学，食品质量与安全，学士 工作经历： 2016.5-至今信阳师范学院生命科学学院 教学情况： 主讲《生物制药工艺学》等本科生课程。

研究领域

主要从事天然高分子互作、食品结构调控、功能配料稳态化及新型食品构建等工作。
