研究领域

本课题组的研究方向是有机纳米光子学材料与器件,以新型可穿戴器件和下一代显示技术的关键需求为导向,用化学思想发展了新型光子学材料,同时以有机材料的光子学特异性为突破口,揭示分子在凝聚态下特殊的激发态动力学过程,发展传统的光化学理论。重点关注特定结构与功能的有机纳米光子学材料与器件的可控构筑,有机微纳晶体材料中的激发态过程与光子学功能的构效关系,以及有机柔性光子学集成器件等研究方向。 1. 通过有机材料特殊的激发态过程构筑了一系列全新性能的有机纳米激光器,阐明了有机材料全新的粒子数翻转机理与受激状态下的光化学和光物理过程,通过电荷转移、能量转移、激发态质子转移等过程得到了多波长、波长可调、单模激光等特殊性能微纳激光,并实现了全可见光范围的波长覆盖。 2. 揭示了有机材料的Frenkel激子与光子耦合形成激子极化激元(EP),利用这种半光半物质的准粒子,解决了传统光学器件中光子行为操纵的难题;在有机微纳体系中首次实现了室温下的激子极化激元玻色-爱因斯坦凝聚,在凝聚态下得到了与传统气、液、固态显著不同的激发态过程。 3. 发展了有机柔性光子器件加工技术,突破了有机材料集成化面临的关键技术瓶颈,构筑了集成光子回路以及大面积有机激光阵列,推动了有机激光材料在全色平板激光显示、可穿戴光子皮肤、光子学信息编码等领域的应用。 4. 针对本领域的研究需求,发展了多项具有自主知识产权的纳米光子学表征技术,相关仪器设备在多家高校、研究所及企业进行推广,极大提升了我国在纳米光电子领域的整体创新能力。
