个人简介

刘维民,男,博士,研究员,博士研究生导师。2013年当选中国科学院院士,2015年入选亚太材料科学院(APAM-Asian Pacific Academy of Materials)院士,2016年入选发展中国家科学院(TWAS)院士。1962年9月生于山东莱西,1984年毕业于山东师范大学化学系,1990年于中国科学院兰州化学物理研究所获得理学博士学位,之后工作于中国科学院兰州化学物理研究所固体润滑开放研究实验室(2000年后为国家重点实验室),从事润滑材料及摩擦化学等研究工作。期间曾于1993-1994年在美国宾夕法尼亚州立大学作为高级访问学者从事为期一年的合作研究。2000-2018年担任固体润滑国家重点实验室主任;2002-2005年担任兰州化学物理研究所副所长及主持工作副所长;2005-2012年担任兰州化学物理研究所所长。2011-2015年担任中国机械工程学会摩擦学分会主任委员。 目前兼任Tribology International共同主编(Editor),《摩擦学学报》常务副主编,Advanced Materials & Interfaces等杂志编委会委员,山东师范大学、湖北大学名誉教授,西北工业大学、山东大学、英国南安普顿大学等访问教授。 与团队成员合作,在相关研究领域获得国家自然科学二等奖2项(第一和第五获奖人)、国家技术发明二等奖2项(第一和第五获奖人);获得省部级自然科学、技术发明或科技进步一等奖9项(4项为第一获奖人)。取得授权(含合作)发明专利100多件;在国内外重要刊物合作发表重要论文600多篇,被引用2.6万余次;编著出版《齿轮传动润滑材料》、《空间润滑材料与技术手册》、《纳米润滑材料技术》3部中文专著,参与撰写4部英文专著(共5个章节)。 曾担任“神舟七号飞船固体润滑材料空间环境实验”项目及科技部润滑材料领域2个973项目的首席科学家。2004年获得第八届中国青年科技奖,2008年获得全国五一劳动奖章,2010年获得全国优秀科技工作者称号。2016年获得何梁何利科学与技术进步奖,2017年获得(中国)摩擦学最高成就奖。
