个人简介

博士，研究员，博士生导师，中国科学院和云南省动物模型与人类疾病机理重点实验室主任，昆明动物所学术委员会主任。 1987-1990中国科学院昆明动物所硕士；1994-1995年英国伦敦大学药学院药理系访问学者；1995-1998年爱尔兰都柏林三一学院药理治疗系博士；1998-迄今中国科学院昆明动物所学习记忆实验室负责人，研究员。1999年获得国家基金委杰出青年基金。现兼任云南大学神经行为学、中国科技大学博士生导师；中国神经科学学会“精神病学基础与临床专业委员会”副主任委员，中国生理学会“生理心理学专业委员会”副主任委员；国际期刊《Neural Plasticity》、《Behavioural Brain Research》杂志编辑，以及《动物学研究》编辑委员会委员。在Nature, PNAS ,Cell, Neuron, J of Neurosci, Hippocampus, Biol Psychiatry等学术杂志发表SCI论文80余篇，参编专著2部，其中1998年发表的Nature论文被Thomas Donaldson（1998）列入了近代记忆研究目录28篇论文之一（Bibliography on Memory自1950年）

研究领域

主要从事神经可塑性和神经环路功能及学习记忆机理研究，涉及创伤后应激障碍、老年痴呆、毒品成瘾及抑郁症等疾病机理和动物模型的基础和应用研究。研究技术方法主要涉及行为药理学，离体脑片patch-clamp全细胞记录、麻醉动物和清醒动物场电位记录、多通道神经信号记录以及光遗传学。团队特色主要在于充分利用云南省丰富多样的生物资源优势，围绕各种神经精神疾病动物模型进行疾病机理、新药筛选和药效学研究，逐渐形成具有技术特色和资源优势相结合的、基础与应用研究并重的学科团队
