张洪波，男，辽宁人，长安大学水利工程学科教授，博士生导师，陕西省青年科技新星，中国自然资源学会水资源专委会委员，中国农业工程学会农业系统工程专委会委员，陕西省水力发电工程学会水库及环保专委会委员，国家自然科学基金项目同行评议专家，教育部学位中心学科评估评议专家，教育部学位与研究生教育评估专家，国家教学成果奖评审专家，中国博士后科学基金评估专家，河南省、广东省、江西省、重庆市科学技术厅科技咨询专家，郑州大学水科学研究中心兼职教授，《南水北调与水利科技》、《华北水利水电大学学报（自然科学版）》、《人民珠江》杂志编委，《Journal of Hydrology》等国际期刊审稿人

研究领域

长期工作在高校科研一线，以变化环境下的水资源调控为主线，紧紧围绕变化环境下的水文预报、基于社会水文学的水资源规划与管理、河流生态调度以及区域干旱预警等四大内容展开研究工作
