哺乳动物的Mediator Complex是由大约30个蛋白质组成的多蛋白复合体,是介于转录因子与mRNA Polymerase II基础转录机器之间的连接桥梁。几乎所有的基因表达都需要Mediator的调节。主要对Mediator的调控机理及生物学功能作深入研究。取得了一系列研究成果。
