个人简介

教学工作 本科生课程:《数字电子技术》,《模拟电子技术》。 研究生课程:《现代电子技术》。 具体研究方向:(1)微型力学、光电、生化传感器设计与制造,例如基于石墨烯的微型加速度传感器、太赫兹传感器; (2)传感器检测电路/系统设计与制造,例如放大器、模数转化器(ADC)设计。 研究生培养模式:清华大学联合培养 (1)第一学年第一学期在北京交通大学完成研究生必修课程; (2)第一学年第二学期开始进入位于清华大学微纳电子学系的实验室,开展科研工作; (3)办理清华大学一卡通,可选修清华课程、图书馆借阅、餐厅用餐等; (4)提供清华大学校内学生宿舍; (5)按月发放一定数额的基本生活补贴,科研成果突出者额外奖励。 欢迎物理、英语基础较好,动手能力强,有志于攻读研究生和出国深造的同学申请加入! 教育背景 2010.09-2015.06 清华大学电子科学与技术专业获工学博士学位 2013.09-2014.09 美国约翰霍普金斯大学(JHU)博士研究生联合培养 2009.06-2009.09 美国加州大学洛杉矶分校(UCLA)交流学习 2006.06-2010.07 西安交通大学机械、管理专业获工学、管理学双学士学位 工作经历 2015.06-2018.03,北京交通大学电子信息工程学院,副教授,硕士生导师 2018.04-至今,北京交通大学电子信息工程学院,副教授,博士生导师
