研究领域

主要从事特种经济动植物加工贮藏品质及产品开发研究,包括特种经济动植物加工贮藏品质物质基础、特种经济动植物加工贮藏品质形成机理与调控机制、特种动植物精深加工与副产物综合利用研究。
