个人简介

齐波,男,1980年11月生。2003年在华北电力大学电气工程及其自动化专业获得学士学位,2006年、2010年在华北电力大学高电压与绝缘技术专业获得硕士、博士学位。现任高电压与绝缘技术研究所常务副所长、高电压与电磁兼容北京市重点实验室副主任; 主要从事电气设备在线监测与故障诊断、电气绝缘技术、电介质空间电场/电荷测量技术及应用等方面的研究。主持国家自然基金智能电网联合基金集成项目课题1项、国家自然基金面上项目1项、青年项目1项、军工项目1项、北京市自然基金面上项目1项、国家重点研发计划课题3项及多项国家电网公司和南方电网公司的重点科研攻关项目。目前已经授权国家发明专利39项,在国内外权威学术期刊与国际会议上发表SCI、EI收录学术论文116篇,先后获得省部级科技进步一等奖2项、二等奖1项、三等奖3项。 教学课程 电气设备在线监测与故障诊断,32学时,本科生 高电压技术,32学时,本科生 电介质放电理论及其应用,32学时,研究生
