个人简介

常钧教授、博士生导师。长期致力于建筑材料领域的研究和教学工作。在海工特种工程材料、碳酸化技术制备建材制品、镁建材和矿山充填技术领域形成了鲜明的研究特色。 2005年获“山东省优秀青年知识分子”称号,2007年获济南市拔尖人才称号;2010年获得山东省青年科技奖;2010年入选教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划。2019年入选大连市领军人才。中国硅酸盐学会水泥分会、混凝土与水泥制品分会理事、固废分会常务理事;中国混凝土与水泥制品协会(CCPA)教育与人力资源工作委员会副理事长。为本科生讲授《建筑材料学》课程;为研究生讲授《水泥混凝土化学》、《特种水泥》和《现代材料测试技术》等课程。 教育经历 2000.42004.6 武汉理工大学材料学博士 1995.91998.6 武汉工业大学无机非金属材料硕士 工作经历 2011.9至今 大连理工大学School of civil engineering教授Professor 2005.92006.9 加拿大麦吉尔大学访问教授 2005.122011.9 济南大学教授 2000.122005.11 济南大学副教授 1996.122000.11 济南大学讲师 1991.71996.11 济南大学助教

研究领域

(1)在硫铝酸锶钙矿物基特种水泥材料技术领域:对硫铝酸钡钙 硫铝酸锶钙和硫铝酸钡钙系列矿物进行了深入研究 明确了其晶体结构 水化产物种类及性能规律 发明了以硫铝酸钡(锶)钙和C2S为主导矿物的硫铝酸锶钙特种水泥,以及以硫铝酸钡(锶)钙特种水泥为基础材料的新型水泥基防渗堵漏材料和混凝土界面剂;利用硫铝酸钡钙矿物的快硬早强和防腐抗渗性能改性硅酸盐水泥,发明了高胶凝性阿利特-硫铝酸(锶)钡钙水泥和贝利特-硫铝酸(锶)钡钙水泥,以及钡铜水泥煅烧复合矿化剂等。 (2)在利用工业废弃物及二氧化碳制备建材制品的研究领域:发现了水泥熟料不同矿物及水化产物的碳酸化规律、确定了矿物碳酸化规律和强度贡献率,优化了碳酸化工艺条件。在济钢石灰窑生产线窑尾建立了中试生产线,试验取得了满意的结果。
