个人简介

淳炯,男,北京大学有机化学学士、硕士,美国纽约市立大学有机化学博士,美国斯隆-凯特林研究所(Sloan-Kettering Institute)博士后。曾任世界第四大香料公司 Symrise Inc. 高级研究员和中国脐橙加工企业研发部主任,现任赣南师范大学国家脐橙工程技术研究中心教授。在学术界和工业界技术前沿领域承担过多项科研项目,发表多篇 SCI 论文。 承担教学任务:大学有机化学、天然产物化学、园艺产品加工学等。  

研究领域

 1. 结合中心团队的技术基础和企业的生产条件, 开发柑橘等植物资源综合利用的技术。   2. 天然产物的提取分离、化学合成、生物转化及在药物和香料方面的应用。
