个人简介

先后在日本和美国从事科研工作。目前担任中国仪器仪表学会医疗仪器分会理事,中国生物医学工程学会青年委员会副秘书长,国家药监局器械中心创新医疗器械特别审查专家,《图学学报》 编委。 致力于微创诊疗研究,以微创手术为背景、以精准诊疗为目标,通过关键技术突破,构筑微创诊疗整体化解决方案。研究内容涵盖应用基础研究到仪器系统研制。 主持1项国家重点研发计划项目(首席)、4项国家自然科学基金项目、1项国家重大科研装备研制项目子课题、1项中国科学院科研装备研制项目、1项山东省重大科技创新工程、2项江苏省重点研发计划项目、1项中科院国际合作项目等20项科研项目;荣获江苏省科技三等奖。 发表科技论文120多篇,以第一作者/通讯作者在柳叶刀旗下EClinicalMedicine、EBioMedicine,肿瘤领域Gastric Cancer、Lung Cancer、Journal of Neuro-Oncology,放射学领域Eur. Radiol.、J. Magn. Reson. Imaging,生物医学工程领域Pattern Recognit.、Artif. Intell. Med.、Comput. Meth. Programs Biomed.、Comput. Med. Imaging Graph.、Int. J. Med. 研究领域

(1) 基于智能影像计算的精准医疗:利用影像、基因、病理、生化等临床大数据,借助人工智能、数据分析挖掘和信息融合技术,开展疾病患病风险预测、智能辅助诊断及预后预测研究,为临床决策提供个性化解决方案。 (2) 手术导航及机器人:融合术前、术中医学结构影像或分子影像(包括内镜图像)信息,辅助空间定位技术(包括机器人),开展相关疾病的微创诊断和治疗的临床前研究。 (3) 低剂量锥束CT:基于平板探测器,通过低采样率投影数据的精确三维重建、局部投射区域三维重建及多能谱信息分离等研究,开展低剂量新型类CT、锥束CT成像研究。
