个人简介

代平,男,博士,副研究员。2014年毕业于中国科学院海洋研究所海洋生物学专业,获博士学位,同年进入黄海水产研究所从事博士后研究,获评2016年度“黄海水产研究所优秀博士后”,2018年留所工作,获评2018年度“黄海水产研究所青年科技奖”。作为虾类种质资源与育种团队骨干成员,建立了大规模测定单尾对虾饲料利用效率的方法,国内外首次在虾类育种群中获得了饲料效率性状的遗传参数,确立了以剩余摄食量为饲料效率指标的遗传评估体系,为培育高效饲料利用新品种提供了重要的理论依据;解析了凡纳滨对虾饲料利用效率遗传变异的机制,开发了一批重要的饲料效率相关标记和基因,为对虾分子标记辅助选育高效饲料利用新品种提供了重要的技术支撑。近五年来,主持重点研发计划蓝色粮仓科技创新项目子课题、国家自然科学基金青年基金等课题5项,总经费145万元;在国内外专业学术期刊发表论文10余篇,其中以第一作者在Genetics Selection Evolution、Aquaculture等刊物发表SCI文章8篇;授权国家发明专利1项,软件著作权1项;获中国水产科学研究院科技进步一等奖1项(位次:10)。
