个人简介

孙慧慧，女，1988年4月生，工学博士。2016年1月份毕业于华东理工大学生物化工专业，现为中国水产科学研究院黄海水产研究所食工室博士后。主持了国家自然科学基金青年基金1项、中国博士后科学基金1项、山东省自然科学基金博士基金1项、山东省博士后创新专项1项，并作为科研骨干参与了2019年国家重点研发计划“蓝色粮仓科技创新”重点专项1项。已发表SCI文章10篇，其中第一作者5篇（一区1篇），获授权国家发明专利2项（第一发明人），参编著作《海洋食品酶工程》1部。荣获黄海水产研究所2017年度“优秀博士后”称号。

研究领域

微生物酶与生物催化转化在海洋食品中的应用，主要包括酶的基因发掘和高效表达，催化机制解析和理性分子改造，生化反应过程优化与调控等研究。
