学术经历： 2012.12-今浙江大学先进技术研究院副研究员 2012.12-2013.04澳大利亚阿德莱德大学访问学者 2009.12-2012.12浙江大学航空航天学院讲师 2005.10-2009.12清华大学计算机系/精仪系博士后 2000.03-2005.04西北工业大学自动化学院博士 1998.09-2001.05西北工业大学机械系硕士 1990.09-1994.06合肥工业大学机械系本科主要从事飞行器控制、飞行器动力学建模与仿真、先进导航技术及相关方向研究工作，在大运输机飞行操纵系统、高超声速复合控制技术、无人机自主控制与规划等领域具有很好的研究基础和技术经验，先后负责863计划、专项研究、基金项目等课题10余项，参与973项目、重大专项、基础研究等近10项。承担《空中机器人》、《组合导航原理与技术》等本科教学工作。教学与课程主讲课程： 1.《空中机器人》，面向低年级本科生通识课。 2.《组合导航原理与技术》，本科专业课。研究与成果一.研究工作： 1.飞行器稳定性与耦合机理研究，联合基金，2017-2019 2.自主协同编队控制技术研究，横向，2016-2018 3.大飞机操纵系统建模研究，专项，2010-2013 学科交叉在以下学科交叉方向组建联合团队进行研究：新型布局概念飞行器研究海底柔性操纵机械手研究
