个人简介

教育背景香港教育大学教育博士 (教育测量及心理统计学）香港理工大學品管硕士 (工商管理学院）香港理工大學艺术及设计教育学士 (设计学院）梁博士是一位经验丰富的专业人士，他擅长于心理测量学（Rasch/IRT）和生物测量学（iMotions认证）研究，并具有创意文化产业的艺术和设计管理专业知识。他在教育领域作出了重要贡献，担任国际和本地高风险考试的评估员和首席考官，包括国际文凭考试视觉艺术（IB Exam）和香港中學文憑試（HKDSE）视觉艺术和设计考试。梁博士还曾在2006年至2012年担任香港学术及职业资历评审局（HKCAAVQ）的创意产业学科专家。此外，自2007年以来，他一直担任VTC和EDB资格框架认可的先前学习课程评估员。梁博士致力于为职业社群服务，并为多个组织和倡议做出了贡献。他曾在2010年至2012年期间担任香港设计社区主席，领导香港设计产业的发展。他还创建了香港设计名录，一个在线平台，展示本地设计师的作品。梁博士是A' Design Awards国际评审团成员，担任该奖项的评审，并自2013年以来一直担任香港青少年科技创新大赛的评审委员会成员。他还是Adobe认证教育家，展示了他在使用Adobe软件进行创意设计工作方面的熟练程度。此外，梁博士是iMotions全球合作伙伴和专家，与iMotions的生物测量技术合作，以提高研究数据的准确性和可靠性。他对职业社群的贡献反映了他对推动设计、技术和研究领域发展的承诺。
