研究领域

王润铭博士长期从事生物无机化学、生物学和微生物学等交叉科学领域的研究。王润铭课题组的研究重点主要落脚于金属组相关的化学生物学、系统生物学、与合成生物学。前期通过研发创新药物及相关的(纳米)化学/生物学工具,对病原细菌、病毒和真核细胞中关键金属蛋白(酶)的结构和功能进行调控,在攻克新发传染性疾病(抗菌素耐药菌感染和COVID-19)、恶性肿瘤及衰老等重大科学问题的研究中取得一定的成绩。 主要研究方向: (1)无机系统生物学的研究。旨在发展高通量组学技术和生物信息分析技术,揭示新发传染性疾病和重大慢病中与金属组相关的网络调控、表观遗传等分子机制 (2)AI驱动金属蛋白质理性从头设计、结构预测及计算病理学研究 (3)金属生物大分子的合成生物学研究。聚焦金属蛋白质/多肽的合成生物学元器件、分子线路和生命系统的设计、构建与优化,实现功能性食品与药品的高效的生物制造 (4)小分子治疗药物与疫苗(及佐剂)的创制。以生物体内关键的金属蛋白质为直接作用靶点,或非必需元素干预细胞生命过程的方式,设计与合成新药,并完成药理及药剂研究
