个人简介

范洋洋，华东师范大学公共管理学院讲师，晨晖学者。获管理学博士学位。研究方向聚焦行为公共管理中的政民互动情境，重点关注公共部门人员心理与行为、基层情感治理与社区认同等议题。论文发表于International Public Management Journal、Chinese Management Studies、Psychology Research and Behavior Management、Entrepreneurship & Regional Development等期刊。主持上海哲学社会科学规划青年课题，参与多项国家自然科学基金、国家社会科学基金项目，并担任多本SSCI期刊审稿人。工作经历 2023.06- 华东师范大学公共管理学院讲师（晨晖学者） 2018.03-2018.12 Griffith University (访问学者) 教育经历 2019.09—2023.03 上海交通大学国际与公共事务学院管理学博士荣誉及奖励 2023.12 华东师范大学第三十四期新入职教师教学设计比赛一等奖 2023.03 上海市优秀毕业生 2022.11 教育部博士研究生国家奖学金 2020.08 上海交通大学卓越助教 2016.11 教育部硕士研究生国家奖学金
