个人简介

医学微生物学教授,博士生导师,中国微生物学会会员。2002年开始在中山大学中山医学院(分子医学中心、微生物学教研室)任教。主讲本专科及研究生等各专业各层次医学微生物学。2009年获得博士学位。先后在University of Chicago(2011,研究疱疹溶瘤病毒)及Mayo Clinic(2016,研究麻疹溶瘤病毒)进行博士后研究。自博士学位(2004-2009)论文研究开始,在国内的独立工作开创了我国特有的甲病毒M1相关溶瘤病毒学研究,并长期致力于相关病毒学、免疫学、肿瘤学与药理学研究。先后主持国家自然科学基金面上项目(3项),广东省科技计划重点项目(1项)以及广东省自然科学基金,教育部博士点基金等多项科研项目,合计300余万元。首次揭示了甲病毒M1可专一性靶向肿瘤组织进行杀伤,而不破坏机体正常组织的生物学特征,将甲病毒M1确立为源自中国的新型溶瘤病毒。进一步,就其作为溶瘤病毒开发的有效性和安全性等特点,以及肿瘤靶向性机制、细胞杀伤机制等分子机理展开了一系列实验研究,初步揭示了溶瘤病毒M1的抗癌相关机制,为其走向临床奠定了基础。除此之外,还就M1溶瘤病毒的增效剂及增敏剂等潜在联用药物进行了筛选、鉴定和相关药理学机制研究。
