个人简介

1991年毕业于华东师范大学生物系，获理学学士学位，2002-2007年在中国科学技术大学、微尺度科学国家实验室、生命科学院硕博连读，获生化与分子生物学专业博士学位。2008-2014年在美国范德比尔特大学医学中心生物化学和神经病学系从事博士后研究、任博士后研究员及研究讲师职位。

研究领域

主要研究方向为基因工程（包括基因重组、基因突变）、重组蛋白在微生物体内的表达及纯化、蛋白质结构及功能的研究、蛋白质相互识别以及相互作用的机制研究、基于蛋白质结构的药物开发以及抑制剂的筛选、有毒中药对癌症的作用机制研究、中草药基因资源及蛋白质药物开发等。
