个人简介
1991和1996年在北京大学电子学系分别获得理学学士和理学博士学位。1996年至今在北京大学电子学系工作。1998至2000年留学于日本大阪大学。2003年被评为博士生导师。现在还担任中国真空学会副秘书长。
