个人简介

荆洪阳，男，汉族，1966年7月生，山西临猗人，1990年4月加入中国共产党，1993年10月参加工作，天津大学机械系焊接专业大学本科毕业，研究生学历，工学博士，教授。现任天津市委教育工委常务副书记，天津市教育委员会党组书记、主任，天津市人民政府教育督导室主任（兼）。工作经历： 1993年于天津大学机械系焊接专业博士研究生毕业后留校任教，先后担任材料学院教师、副院长、党委书记和研究生院常务副院长，2005年担任天津理工大学副校长，2007年担任天津市教育委员会副主任、党组成员，2009年担任天津市教育委员会副主任、党组成员、市委教育工委委员，2010年担任天津市滨海新区教育局局长、党组书记，2013年担任天津理工大学党委副书记、校长，2017年担任天津师范大学党委书记，2018年担任天津市委教育工委常务副书记，天津市教育委员会主任、党组书记，天津市人民政府教育督导室主任（兼）。
