个人简介

现任浙江大学药学院副教授,博士生导师,入选国家级青年人才支持计划。于中国科学院上海药物研究所获博士学位(药物化学专业);曾分别于浙江大学药学院、哈佛大学化学系(EJ Corey实验室)、耶鲁大学化学系(Alanna Schepartz实验室)从事博士后或访问研究。

研究领域

胞内生物分子及生化事件处于动态变化中。实时监测相关分子及事件在病理损伤中的时空变化规律,有助于了解疾病发生的分子机制,发现新型疾病诊疗靶标。本实验室主要从事实时成像分子探针研究工作。通过综合利用药物设计原理、分子化学反应性、及光物理原理,发展高特异性及高成像对比度光学探针,在多种生命维度实时成像靶分子的时空变化规律,助力新疾病诊疗靶标的发现及新药物筛选模型的开发。
