个人简介

目前主要从事药理基因组、微生物基因组、环境宏基因组和生物信息学方面的研究,发现了耐药基因在养殖环境中的传播和持留规律,建立了多项耐药基因的检测方法以及畜禽病原基因组与生物信息学分析平台;累计发表SCI论文100余篇,主要研究成果论文引用3000次以上,第一作者及通讯作者文章30余篇;受邀在国际动植物基因组会议、国际动物与环境耐药性会议、抗生素耐药性与全链条健康管理等国内外学术会议上做报告,目前担任Frontiers in Microbiology副主编、Frontiers in Livestock Genomics等杂志编委;参与出版著作3章节,主持国家重点研发计划课题、自然科学基金、农业农村部细菌耐药性监测项目等10项。 教育经历 1999.09-2003.07 中国农业大学,生物学,学士 2004.08-2009.08 美国奥本大学,分子遗传学,博士 工作经历 2021-至今 中国农业大学动物医学院,教授 2015-2020 中国农业大学动物医学院,副教授 2010-2014 美国弗吉尼亚大学医学院,助理研究员 2009-2010 美国奥本大学农学院,助理研究员 获奖及荣誉 2020 国家“高层次人才支持计划”青年拔尖人才 2018 北京市科技新星
