个人简介

2006年1月至今,在大连理工大学物理学院工作,为大连理工大学三束材料改性教育部重点实验室固定研究人员。作为主要参与者,参加了大连理工大学三束材料改性教育部重点实验室联合申请的常州市重大公共技术服务平台—“材料表面工程技术与装备创新服务平台”建设。在国内外相关专业领域学术期刊上发表论文40余篇,主持完成国家自然科学青年基金1项,先后参加完成科技部国家重点基础研究计划(973前期预研)1项,国家重点研发计划1项,省级项目3项。现为“Applied Surface Science ”、“Thin Solid Film”、“Surface & Coatings Technology”、“Vacuum" 等国际学术期刊审稿人。 教育经历 2002.32006.1大连理工大学材料科学与工程博士 1999.92002.3东北大学材料学硕士 1991.91995.7东北大学金属材料及热处理学士 工作经历 2006.1至今大连理工大学 1995.71999.9抚顺市抚顺特殊钢有限公司技术中心技术员

功能薄膜材料及其微观状态和宏观性能研究:主要研究等离子体薄膜合成的实验方法、制备技术以及薄膜的微观状态和宏观性能。
