个人简介
刘继山，中国矿业大学（北京）特聘教授，博士生导师。从1996年获美国宾夕法尼亚州立大学采矿工程博士学位以来，先后在澳大利亚昆士兰大学和西澳大学做博士后（1996-1997），在澳大利亚科学与工业研究组织（CSIRO）任研究科学家和项目负责人（1998-2001），之后一直在西澳大学工作，于2009年成为西澳大学终身教授。
研究领域
一直从事非常规气藏多物理场耦合学研究，并将其研究成果应用于煤层气开采、页岩气开采、煤矿安全以及二氧化碳地下储存等领域。
