个人简介
副教授，博士，硕士研究生导师，江苏泰州人。中国光学学会全息与光信息处理专业委员会委员、常务委员、光电技术专业委员会第八届委员会委员、中国仪器仪表学会光机电技术与系统集成分会第三届理事会理事。2013年12月任物科院副院长，先后分管研究生、本科生人才培养。2018年11月任教务处副处长兼创新创业教育办公室（中心）主任。独立和合作发表学术和会议论文达50多篇，其中学术榜收录30多篇。以合作单位参与国家自然科学基金2项(排名第2)，主持省科技厅、教育厅自然科学基金项目各1项，参与省厅级项目3项。主持省级教改项目1项、校级研究生教学实验室项目１项、校级教改项目２项，主持省级优秀研究生课程1门、参与校级精品课程和实验资源建设项目各１项，指导大学生创新项目２项。现主要从事数字全息相关技术与应用、矢量光焦场调控与传输特性、高分辨率光学成像等方面的研究。

1994年9月－1998年6月南师大物理系物理教育专业方向本科毕业，获理学学士学位
2001年9月－2004年6月南师大物科院物理电子学方向硕士研究生毕业，获工学硕士学位
2008年9月－2013年6月南师大物科院物理电子学方向博士研究生毕业，获工学博士学位
2008年9月－2009年8月南开大学现代光学研究所交流学习，导师翟宏琛教授
2015年2月－2016年2月美国加州大学欧文分校贝克曼激光研究所访问学者，导师陈忠平教授
2015年8月－2015年9月赴美国代顿大学光电系学习与交流，导师詹其文教授
2017年1月－2017年2月新加坡南洋理工大学材料科学与工程学院合作交流，导师刘政博士
